Hello!

I’m a multidisciplinary artist based in Virginia, specializing in hand-drawn illustration, branding, and creative direction. My work draws from old-world craft and modern playfulness, using simplified forms and intentional design to bring personality and warmth to brands and stories.

In 2018, I earned a BFA in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I studied illustration and built a foundation in marketing, fine art, and art history. I later continued my training at the Illustration Academy and through artist residencies in New York City and Marrakesh.

I moved to Morocco for several years in my early twenties, an experience that became a turning point in my practice. Immersed in North African culture, I was drawn to historic packaging, calligraphy, and the intricacy of artisanal craft. Encountering creative traditions beyond the Western canon reshaped my approach to image-making. Morocco’s layered cultural identity — shaped by Arab, African, French, and Spanish heritage — continues to inform the character and visual language of my work today.

Outside the studio, I love rainy days, analog photobooths, mango sticky rice, apple-headed Chihuahuas, and the quiet excitement of watching my avocado plant grow new leaves.
